Shipping Policy and Costs
We ship to all of the United States and Canada, including US Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays).
Delivery charges may vary depending on weight and/or destination. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

We are required to collect sales tax for items shipping to the state of Ohio.
The Retap online shop accepts the following forms of payment: Major Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. If you would like to return a bottle for a refund, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to email@example.com Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used bottles. If you decide to return a product, the direct cost of returning the goods will be paid by you. Please make sure to pack the returned goods well, in order to avoid transportation damage. Retap will cover the shipping fees for the return of an item presenting a quality issue. Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized cannot be returned.
